We don’t pretend to have all the answers. You can trust that each job advertised is legitimate. Any feedback we receive will be relayed to you throughout the interview process. We will not ask you to pretend to be someone you are not.

Integrity
You can feel comfortable knowing that the staff at Renaissance adheres to the strictest moral and ethical principles. Just ask anyone that has walked through our doors; they will agree!

Expertise
Recruiters at Renaissance are equipped with the education and experience to find you an appropriate job match. We keep up with current hiring trends and industry changes. If we don’t feel like we will be the absolute best agency to assist you in your search, we’ll refer you to our friends.

Confidentiality
We take appropriate measures to be sure all confidential data is secure and protected. All of the information you provide to us will be held in the strictest confidence.

Preparation

Every inquiry regarding the status of your job search is worthy of a prompt response. We may not always have a job available for you, however we promise to communicate candidly with you. This includes consistently communicating with you while you are employed.
